PUppy & Adolescent SOcials
structured playtime & socialization
-
Puppy Socials are designed to allow young puppies to interact with size and age appropriate play mates. Though play time is one of our goals, our most important goal is that the pups learn to interact politely with other dogs as they age.
The socials are a great opportunity for structured and supervised interaction.
Adolescent Socials are similar but geared towards slightly older dogs. Our Adolescent Socials are ideal for folks who do not want to take their “teen” dog to dog parks or daycare.

PUPPY SOCIAL
We accept puppies 9-20 weeks old. Puppies who started attending PRIOR to 20 weeks old may be allowed to attend up to 24 weeks (6 months of age) depending on their playstyle.
We recommend that your puppy has been in your home for at least 1 week prior to bringing them into their first Puppy Social.
ADOLESCENT SOCIAL
For dogs between 21 weeks and 1 year old. Some slightly older dogs may be accepted.
For smaller dogs, they can attend Puppy Social up to 6 months ld.
-
Socials are $30 per or you can purchase a package of 4 for $110 ($27.50/per) or 8 for $200 ($25/per).
-
Your puppy needs to be up to date on their vaccinations per your puppy’s veterinarian’s protocols.
We require at least one DAPP vaccination administered at least 7 days prior to your puppy coming in for their first social. Bordetella is recommended.
Dogs older than 6 months must be up to date on Rabies and DAPP vaccinations.
-
Ideally your pup will be wearing a harness and you will bring a light weight leash they can drag around.
Bring a few different types of pre-cut treats or training treats in a training pouch, and something like a stuffed Kong or “no-hide” chew for your pup to work on during breaks.
Lastly, bring yourself. You will be staying for the duration of the social to manage your puppy! :)
-
The pups have to take breaks because it is near impossible for puppies and adolescent dogs to have prolonged play periods with multiple other dogs with out getting overstimulated.
Breaks allow for us to help the puppies learn to come away from play time, settle around other dogs, and allows them to return to play time with lower arousal levels.
Lower arousal levels help the puppies to interact more appropriately with one another, and allow for better choices to be made during play!

If you are the only one signed up for the social, we always give folks the option to bring their pup in and work on individualized socialization activities or to reschedule.
